Description Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Cash Application Specialist. As the Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have previous accounts receivable experience while working in a high-volume environment. This could be the role for you if you are a Cash Application Specialist!Key responsibilities
Post daily payments including wires, ACH credit transfers, and checks to customer accounts
Handle all differences and discrepancies such as payment issues
Perform weekly general ledger reports
Process and reconcile accounts receivables and remittances
Help manage customer database accounts Requirements - Must maintain a high level of accuracy and be detail oriented
Experience with Cash Applications
2+ years working in an accounts receivable department
Experience with high volume data entry
Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
