We are looking for an experienced individual to join its Finance and Business Management organization as a Business Management Vice President supporting the Government business. The Government business is a $500MM high growth segment serving clients at the State, City, County, School District, and Special District levels of local government.Business Management optimizes business performances by helping to drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business.You will be a key partner to the business management team and senior leaders in the Government organization. You will bring a strong understanding of sales and financial operations and an ability to drive strategic dialogue across the organization, inform decision-making, proactively solve problems, and provide analytical insight and business judgment in support of strategic and tactical initiatives. This is a time-pressured and high-profile position which is instrumental in assisting/advising senior management and in coordinating the deployment of the bank's corporate resources to address strategic and tactical objectives.Job responsibilities

Supports Business Management team and the Government business on strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects

Leverages operational experience, data and analytical insights to define overall performance objectives and assist with the development and execution of business and financial plans

Collaborates across finance and business management (F&BM) and other functional areas to understand and communicate results, execute strategic initiatives, and monitor outcomes

Executes portfolio management, segmentation, planning and growth efforts using CRM and other sales enablement tools and processes

Works closely with the financial planning and analytics function to assess business performance, define drivers of outcomes, document areas of opportunity, and execution plans to drive change

Identifies areas for continued process improvement and efficiency by generating innovative ideas and solutions

Require qualifications, capabilities and skills

5-7 years of relevant work experience in strategy, financial planning, business management, or sales operations; Financial Services experience is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area

Previous product knowledge and/or prior Business Management or COO experience

Energetic and dynamic in style

Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills and ability to work with a high degree of independence

Present well to senior and global business heads

Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions

Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail

Able to both define and deliver to conclusion a strategic agenda across multiple groups

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely

Excellent project management and organizational skills
