Be the vital link between executives and everyday operations as you orchestrate various elements of the organization and unite them into a cohesive whole.As an Analytics Solution Strategy Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics (D&A) organization, you will be tasked with leading the daily management and execution of the Auto D&A organization. Your role will involve direct support to the Head of Auto D&A in strategic decision-making, managing cross-functional programs, and promoting key initiatives.Job responsibilities

Drive projects and initiatives aligned to Auto LOB's strategic priorities while developing a mix of project management and consulting skills (problem-solving, stakeholder interaction)

Partner with Finance during budgeting cycles to ensure headcount and costs are sound

Contribute to executive communication materials for senior management and present project analyses and recommendations to senior executives

Develop and operationalize key metrics to measure the current state, define what success looks like in future, and enable strategic solutioning and execution

Partner with D&A Chief of Staff teams to drive greater coordination, synergies, and efficiencies

Drive day-to-day problem solving to facilitate recommendations and push the team's agenda

Utilize organization and planning expertise to prioritize tasks, navigate organizational complexities, and resolve challenges without burdening the executive leader

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

3+ years of experience in a business analytics related function

Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline (Computer Science, MIS, Economics, etc.)

Consulting orientation with strong client engagement skills

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence both internal & external business partners

Solid analytical skills with a strong commercial orientation and the ability to use analytics to drive business results

Planning and coordination skills to effectively drive multiple projects in an organized, detail-focused manner

Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills - the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders

Competent in MS PowerPoint and Excel

Creative problem-solver with the initiative, insight, and judgement to develop strategic solutions

Driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment that entails working with a range of stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Certified Project Manager (CPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certificate

Experience in Sharepoint, Confluence, and MS Access a plus
