I am looking to hire a crude hauler that will work days and is home every night . I am offering a recession proof job to the right candidate . You will be a name here and not a number , your family will be as important to me and the company I lease to as it is to you . You work your own schedule here .
I am an owner operator with a 2019 W990 and 2019 Stephens trailer . Its a day cab so you will be a local driver only . You will run the days and I will run nights with the truck . It parks in Midland .
About you ,
Must be 25
Must have hazmat and tanker
Must have a good work history
Criminal and driving record will be on a case by case basis , driving record is the biggest part of this , I believe we all have made mistakes in the past so I am willing to give the right person a chance .
Crude experience is not required
Fluent in English is required
About the job and me
Pay is Biweekly
Pay is mileage and load pay
Pay is direct deposit
Training pay is $200 a day for training , after 6 months you will have a $2,000 hiring bonus
Christmas Bonus and anniversary bonus are offered too
Everything is cashflowed and nothing is financed so it gives you 100 percent job security even when it is a down market
If the truck goes down then we will still work because we can use a spare truck .
You pick your own work schedule 4/3 , 5/2 , 6/1
If you need time off that is no problem , vacations and just personal time are never a problem .
You pick the time that you start in the morning .
The truck is inspected monthly to keep her as compliant as possible
DOT issues will be fixed that day they are found
We shut down for ice so I will give you a daily minimum so that you still have pay for that day
