Floor Tech Job Description:
Floor care technicians are responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface (dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of areas that include offices, lobbies, classrooms, entrances, stairwells and other public areas. Utilizes protective gear in all appropriate functions. The floor technician is responsible for satisfactory and timely completion of assigned cleaning area according to schedule. Responsible for the safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions and adheres to all safety precautions. Applies stripper to floors to remove old wax then refinishes floors with new wax product. Work involves pulling and pushing, carrying weight up to 50 pounds, twisting, bending and reaching. May also be required to assist with other duties as assigned.
Administrative Assistant:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in using various computer systems and willing to learn the use of work order systems. Must communicate with project managers and client to ensure work orders are completed timely and efficiently.

Participate in operations meeting
Ensure ongoing training
Ensure safety training
Ensure compliance with customer work order program.
Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures.
Review, recieve and inventory supplies.
Review expense reports.
Direct communication with vendors
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35-40k per year based on experience
