Safety Officer/ Administrative assistant
Ed Davenport Inc., a trucking is in search of a well-rounded, versatile, tech savvy individual to assist at our Odessa, Texas location.
This individual will be responsible for our Safety program including all aspects of new hires, training, incident/accident investigations and onsite safety visits.
They will maintain driver’s records, physicals, insurance requirements and all DOT regulations. This individual must be available 24/7 in case of accidents, emergencies, and other issues that may arise.
Other duties will include monitoring driver logs, driver performance, setting up drivers with insurance, ELD’S, Tablets and all aspects of driver’s files.
Other duties will be to maintain onsite office, parts runner, errands and any other duties that may arise to help maintain a safe and smooth operation of our company.
