Titan Factory Direct, a local manufactured home company, is looking for a General Maintenance Supervisor for our Odessa Sales Center!
We are looking for someone with a great attitude, works hard, team player and takes pride in their work.

$15/Hour FULL TIME
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining Model Center Appearance
Cleaning Office Building and all Model Homes
Inspect Setup and Tear Down of Model Homes
Staging Furniture in Model Homes
General Maintenance Within Sales Center (changing light bulbs, minor plumbing and electrical work, etc)
Minor Landscaping/Mowing
Any electrical experience is a HUGE plus Should have own Truck!
