We are looking for an experienced and motivated Farm Hand to join our farm. In this role, you will help with daily activities, including maintenance, planting, harvesting. As the Farm Hand, you can follow directions and will take the initiative to get the job done in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintain and repair farm equipment, such as tractors and machinery.
· Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops.
· Clean and maintain facilities.
· Perform general labor duties as needed.
· Ensure safety standards are followed.
Requirements and Qualifications
· Previous experience working on a farm.
· Knowledge of agricultural practices
· Able to lift heavy objects.
· Able to work in all weather conditions.
· Able to work long hours.
· Strong communication and organizational skills
