We are looking for hard-working laborers who are committed to safety and succeeding as a team. Duties can vary daily from assisting the construction foreman in building new commercial and residential septic systems, operating a backhoe, troubleshooting & repairing water lines, and assisting vacuum truck operators on customer sites. Specific duties and responsibilities are highlighted below.

We are a locally owned and operated business service company specializing in providing equipment rentals (portable toilets, trailers, freshwater, etc…) to oil field companies, as well as designing and installing residential and commercial septic systems. We will provide you with the skills and tools to allow you to grow and succeed both as a person and team member.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Have a Safety First Mindset – always aware of the environment and operate safely – every day!
· Experience with operating a backhoe preferable.
· Operate in a construction environment that involves digging, lifting, and climbing
· Aid in the manufacturing of concrete septic tanks.
· Tightens pipe connections between pumps and vessels.
· Furnishes Vac-Truck driver with materials, tools, and supplies.
· Cleans and lubricates pumps.
· Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
· Performs other routine duties.
· Ability and desire to learn new functions and take on additional responsibility

Education and/or Experience
Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Need to be able to understand and communicate in English with coworkers and supervisors.
Mathematical Skills
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Customer Service
Frequently you will be interacting with customers. Candidates must be able to interact, assess, and recommend products and/or services to the customer and back to the Company. The most successful employees can clean, smile, and safely operate at a customer’s site.
