Data Entry Clerk

Description We are in search of a Data Entry Clerk to join our team located in Odessa, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer information, processing credit applications, and handling customer inquiries. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry.Responsibilities: Effectively manage and update customer data records Efficiently process customer credit applications Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner Monitor and manage customer accounts Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting Operate 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks Use Coupa for various data entry tasks Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Solid understanding and experience with 10 Key Skills for fast and accurate data entry. Hands-on experience with data entry software, specifically Coupa. Must have practical knowledge in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free work.
