Provide quality customer service to Child Care clients and co workersServe as a support for the Child Care SupervisorsParticipate in the training and development of the Child Care Advisors Act as a peer support to Child Care AdvisorsManage cases for other employees and employees relativesComplete reports (Early Term)Resolve client concerns (face to face, phone or email)Complete referred customer contacts and provide a updateParticipate in the facilitation of all staff meetingsMay serve as the Appeals Accept and coordinate referrals for child care from authorized referral sourcesProvide informational support/instruction to parents as neededRefer suspected fraud or misuse to the Child Care Services Participate in outreach initiativesComplete Company Academy trainings, as assignedPerform additional duties as assigned
