1. Running Leads
2. Self Generate Clients
3. Work Company Referrals
4. Minimal as possible paperwork
5. Xactimate experience a plus but not necessary
6. Work adjusters for max supplement(supplement scope will be done for you)
7. Project manage your Builds.
8. Sell Only 50+ square jobs- <- Yes, only want 50 square jobs. (We will build any size roof)

We pay 10% of the contract Amount and 10% of the profit to our sales managers.
10-50/50 available for Turn key deals- Meaning all we do is material and labor, you supply lead and do everything else.
