Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Midland, Texas, for an Office Manager. This role involves a variety of tasks from ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office to handling accounts for a small company. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently Stock the office fridge with drinks and maintain a clean kitchen area Proactively change out water bottles and clear the fridge of leftovers weekly Serve as the first point of contact, answer phone calls, greet guests, and offer them refreshments Inform relevant staff of any guests before escorting them to the appropriate individual Manage a small company named C& C during downtime, which includes handling rebills and monthly reconciliation Perform data entry tasks and process invoices accurately Handle accounts payable and receivable, and perform account reconciliation Utilize software like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasksRequirements Must have experience in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is required, including the ability to manage and execute all aspects of the AP process. Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary, including the ability to oversee all incoming payments and ensure they are recorded and deposited correctly. Must have demonstrated skills in Billing, including the ability to generate invoices and follow up on payments. Should be experienced in Data Entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency in Invoice Processing is required, ensuring all invoices are accurately recorded and paid in a timely manner. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use complex formulas, and generate reports. Experience with Oracle is necessary, including the ability to use this software for a variety of financial and administrative tasks. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required, including the ability to manage all financial records using this software.
