The company has a six-decade record of profitable growth, and is differentiated by its strong core values, entrepreneurial spirit, and operational focus.Develops and writes Standard Operating Procedures as directed by the Midstream Team;Provides Program support and coordination between Pipeline, Station, Plant, and Support Teams to develop System Applications in support of the Midstream Mission;Develops and implements approved training material associated with;Plans and coordinates training associated with the Midstream Training Plan;Initiates, organizes, and maintains a variety of files and records via documents, digital media, or system databases i.e. .PDF, .DXF, .DWG, .XLSM, .DOCX related files; Organizes, schedules, and documents information via Apache’s Management of Change (MOC) Process; Significant contact with internal and external teams, consultants, vendors, and government agency officials;Attends meetings with internal and external teams; may serve as a liaison with other agencies;Facilitates interdepartmental teamwork;

5 years of experience or more.

Associate's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Geographical Information Systems or a related field from an institution accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency required;

Two years' experience performing technical writing and coordinating the preparation of highly technical reports and presentations; Or equivalent military experience.

Proficient in application development using appropriate data management software (spreadsheets and databases), geographic information systems software and digital mapping techniques, project planning, graphic design and presentation software, and internet tools;

Ability to balance responsibilities for multiple projects to ensure timely results in accordance with system quality standards;

Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
