Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry, based in Midland, Texas, for the role of Auditing Clerk. In this role, you will be working on a myriad of tasks including auditing, data processing, and handling fuel cards.Responsibilities: Conduct thorough and accurate audit activities to ensure compliance with standards Utilize accounting software systems for data entry and record-keeping Handle fuel cards, ensuring their correct usage and resolving any issues that arise Engage in comprehensive data processing tasks, maintaining precision and efficiency Use GeoForce and WEX stripes universal fuel program for various tasks Process checks efficiently, ensuring all cash activities are recorded accurately Manage accounts payable activities, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely Utilize Adobe Acrobat and other computer programs for various tasks Conduct computer research to gather necessary information for auditing tasks Ensure all accounting functions are performed correctly and efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for managing financial records. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is required for handling various document-related tasks. Familiarity with diverse Computer Programs is necessary for efficient workflow. Experience with Concur for managing business expenses is desirable. Proficiency in Data Processing is needed for accurate analysis and reporting. Understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial for maintaining financial health. Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required for managing company liabilities. Experience in Auditing for ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations. Ability to manage Cash Activity for maintaining accurate cash flow records. Skills in Check Processing for efficient management of company payments. Knowledge of Fuel Cards, specifically their usage and management. Ability to conduct Audit Activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Ability to analyze and report on Audit Findings for implementing necessary changes. Familiarity with Geolocator tools for tracking field operations. Knowledge of Geolocation for efficient field service management. Proficiency in Computer Research for gathering and analyzing necessary information.
