- Communicate with Home Office Directors along with Field Personnel to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Implementing effective training systems
- Book all travel associated with your position
- Travel schedule: Sunday through Thursday each week
- Responsible for a company card along with Expenses
- Conduct meetings, webinars, and individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as power points, videos etc.
- Support and mentor field Supervisors and Field Directors
- Oversee growth and training for an entire region assigned to you
- Manage training at the field level and inspect that the company's initiative is being implemented
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement and have open communication with Field Force and Office Management to assist
- Monitor field force performance and response to training
- Effectively be able to show proven use of all systems associated with Liberty National
- Fill out and complete on time all weekly field reports assigned
- Proven experience within Liberty National using the Worksite Systems
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Willingness to embrace new training in corporate teaching
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce (EPIC) software familiarity is an asset
- Executive level communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Ability to be able to implement all Liberty National systems effectively and efficiently while helping the company increase bottom line
- Ability to make adjustments and think independently
