Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator (PI) for the Taiwan NASAMS Program. You will be responsible for managing the overall program operation infrastructure, internal execution schedule, and ensuring that delivery commitments are made. The Taiwan NASAMS PI will oversee and ensure the application of disciplined program management tools and processes to maintain excellence in execution. In addition, the Taiwan NASAMS PI will be the Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the Program Management Office (PMO) and is expected to assist the Taiwan NASAMS Program Manager to prepare EACs and Program Reviews with internal Leadership Team and external Customers.This position will work across all Raytheon Strategic Business Units and functional organizations domestically across the country, and international partners to ensure the timely start-up and delivery of products and services in accordance with the Contract requirement. This position will regularly interact with Senior Raytheon Leadership, the USG, and program Subcontractors on program status and direction.What You Will Do

Assist with the daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments

Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures

Meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations

Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions

Coordinate customer program reviews; prepare for customer visits

Cost Account Manager (CAM) for PMO Cost Account

Support contract proposal process to include bidding, gating, negotiation, contract definitization, and start-up efforts.

Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience is required

Experience leading cross-functional teams

Experience with financial analysis tools and/or systems

Experience with Earned Value on a program or EVMS Certification

Experience working government programs with direct customer interfaces

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

Raytheon Program Management Certification Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain within a year

International program execution experience

Working knowledge of EX/IM and Security requirements

Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources

Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for management review and approval.

Program Management Level 5 Certification, or ability to achieve within 6 months.

Prior experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.

Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management.

Proficiency with Raytheon Program Management tools or similar program management systems
