While this position does not involve owning full project plans, it requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving needs. Be a key player in our journey to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the blockit platform and improve the healthcare experience for all.Key Responsibilities: Support Project Managers and internal stakeholders  in organizing, scheduling, and tracking client implementation projectsPrepare and distribute project documentation, meeting notes, and status updatesMaintain and update project schedules, Jira boards, and internal trackersCoordinate and document internal and client-facing meetingsAssist with follow-ups on action items, deadlines, and deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project executionHelp manage project artifacts and documentation within Confluence, Jira, and shared drivesAssist in identifying project risks and communicating them to the Project ManagerEnsure client satisfaction through timely support and attention to detail
