Express Employment Professionals is NOW accepting applications for Superintendents in the McAllen area
Pay Rate: $50 - $50k
Responsibilities:
Project management of commercial building projects including but not limited to planning, scheduling, design coordination, installation coordination, documentation.
Manage multiple projects concurrently.
Coordinate and direct detailers and install crew.
Timely response to customer communication.
Managing project documents such as contract drawings, RFIs, ASIs, etc.
Coordinate construction schedule and installation with customer.
Coordinate and track submittal approval process.
Liaison between design department and customer.
Field measurements.
Site visits and coordination meetings.
Establishing new practices and procedures as needed for operations.
Any other duties as may be required pertaining to project management and estimating.
Requirements:
Electrical Construction Experience.
Electrical Licenses.
Safety Training.
