Position Summary: selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing membership sales generation and supplement sales and services promotions and personnel.Duties and Responsibilities: Generate sales leads through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, and phone calls. Maintain and manage sales prospecting systems Promote and sell as directed other services and products, such as personal training and supplements. Assume responsibility for developing selling skills in sales staff. Prepare for, attend and actively participate in sales meetings. Assist General Manager (GM) in making sure the sales staff is adhering to the Company's policies and procedures. Continually motivate sales staff and monitor their production levels against goal by using the established protocols and sales systems. Consistently achieve or surpass personal and club sales goals. Assist with operational duties as requested by management. Experience selling health club memberships and managing sales department Must have positive attitude and be able to motivate staff in a positive manner Self-motivated with strong organizational, management and communication skills Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic Willing to work flexible hours High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) We pay a competitive hourly wage and great commissions so if your all about earning great money based on your talent instead of a time clock apply today!
