Outdoor Marketing Associate
Pan American Auto LLC is a locally owned mechanic shop that is constantly growing and expanding services throughout the Rio Grande Valley, and as we grow the need of a helping hand is also required, that is why we are currently seeking a reliable STRATEGIC MARKETER who is concerned with meeting our business satisfaction in recruiting fleet companies to our company. The marketer will be under the supervision of the general manager daily. Candidates should be willing to work with a “team” mindset to ensure that the clientele are efficiently receiving the customer support our company has been known for.
Marketer Position - Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1.) Reach out to potential companies and set up appointments to speak to fleet managers and discuss our services and answer any potential questions.
2.) Maintain a log of outreach done including names, telephones, and emails for daily reporting to the general manager.
3.) Reach out to existing companies that have been absent from our shop for more than 6 months and work on a retention plan with them.
4.) Come up with a plan of action to target potential customers and a list of resources needed to complete the task.
5.) Maintain a communication line between the marketer and the general manager to better understand the nature of work and come up with positive solutions to bring companies aboard.
6.) Monitor companies from a strategic point and come up with the list of potential customers to follow up at the office.
7.) Conduct research on companies to be able to determine the quantity of vehicles the fleet company has.
8.) General marketing and social media publishing required.
9.) Generate ideas to attract new customers.
10.) Prepare informative brochures, packets, and flyers to distribute as needed to offices requiring our company’s history, services, and points of contact.
11.) Must use his/her own vehicle (will pay mileage) when working.
12.) Must possess a bubbly and positive attitude, with good communication skills to be able to sell our services to new potential fleet companies.
