Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary

We seek a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Social Media Manager to handle customer interactions, manage our social media presence, and help drive engagement. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity to enhance our brand presence while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

-Customer Service (CSR)

-Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers.

-Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians as needed.

-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

-Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.

-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle feedback.

-Process invoices, payments, and other administrative tasks.

-Social Media Management

-Manage and post content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

-Respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.

-Create engaging posts, graphics, and short videos to promote the company’s services and brand.

-Monitor analytics and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize performance.

-Run paid ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

-Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and promotions.

Qualifications & Skills

-Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years

-Social Media Knowledge: Experience managing business social media accounts.

-Bilingual and Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English/Spanish.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, social media scheduling tools, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe, or similar).

-Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinker, able to handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

-Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
