Trancasa USA, Inc.
Our international company is looking for a Traffic Controller to ensure through inspections that the correct material was sent to its final destination.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for taking data (truck, trailer, truck, and trailer plate, driver's name, customer name) of all units and loads entering and leaving the yard.
Verify that the customer's documentation carrying the truck matches the load before it is departed. · Visually inspects the physical conditions of the box and reports anomalies to your superior.
Enter box record in Inventory Excel file yard.
Check at the end of the shift physical inventory of boxes and reconcile with Excel inventory.
Receives documentation from traffic coordinators and sends information to monitoring to receive authorization from
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proactive and able to work with no supervisión
Organizational skills
Must be able to work in variable temperatures outdoors (below freezing to over 100 degrees)
Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (rain, wind, humidity, direct sunlight, etc) in various geographical locations
Must be able to lift & carry 50+ pounds regularly unassisted
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop while performing work
Must be able to climb into and out of equipment (cars, vans, trucks, trailers, etc)
Must be able to operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery

Experience:
Security: 1 year (Preferred)
