HVAC Warehouse Associate / Parts Runner
Job Description:
As an HVAC Warehouse Associate / Parts Runner for Frontier AC, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring our technicians have the parts and supplies they need to provide top-notch HVAC services. This position requires someone who is organized, efficient, and capable of managing a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
- Maintain and organize the warehouse inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and availability of parts.
- Order and restock parts and supplies as needed.
2. Parts Running:
- Deliver parts and supplies to job sites promptly.
- Coordinate with technicians to understand their needs and provide timely support.
- Pick up parts and equipment from suppliers as required.
3. Warehouse Maintenance:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
4. Record Keeping:
- Keep accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and pickups.
- Manage paperwork related to orders and deliveries efficiently.
5. Customer Service:
- Assist in answering phone calls and managing customer inquiries.
- Provide information to customers regarding parts and order status.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for managing inventory and records.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position.
- Work hours may include weekends and overtime as needed.
- Training will be provided to familiarize you with HVAC parts and equipment.
