Position: Administrative Assistant

Employment Type: Contract - 20 Hours x Week
Compensation: $12-$15
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives with multi-tasking, can manage multiple priorities with ease, and is proactive in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
Handle accounts payable and track expenses
Prepare and make bank deposits
Run errands as needed to support office and operational needs
Maintain organized records and assist with filing and documentation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong research skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for errands
