Responsibilities -

Greet customers and answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner, schedule appointments, receive payments, data entry, file paperwork

Perform clerical tasks to assist with daily operations

Requirements -

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Must be dependable!

Multi-line phone system experience a plus

Excellent customer service and communication skills

A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance

Able to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to management and staff.

Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access to important documents.

Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.

Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functioning properly.

Respond to emails, addressing inquiries about payments/invoices or directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

As a secretary or in a similar administrative role.

Some bookkeeping skills with knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g.

, QuickBooks).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

-40 hours per week (flexible) or part time
