DME (Durable Medical Equipment) company hiring a customer service rep to work from our office located in
Harlingen, by Harrison & Route 77.
No selling is involved. You'll be answering and making calls to our existing clients that have received equipment from us to confirm delivery, answer basic questions and follow up.
You need to be able to use a business telephone, know your way around the Internet and have basic computer skills. You will be dealing with "seniors", so patience & a pleasant phone voice is a must. Bi-lingual and/or medical field experience is not required.
You must be reliable, dependable and punctual as these are all things required by Medicare.
This is a part-time position and the hours are Monday-Friday from 10am - 4pm.
