Skills and Requirements:
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and friendly with customers via phone, email, or in person.

Empathy to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Ability to work well in a team, collaborating with other departments when necessary.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and office applications (Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.).
Previous experience in customer service.
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
