Immediate opening for an experienced Paralegal for a well established Personal Injury law firm. We offer a great work environment - fast paced office with friendly and kind coworkers.
Primary Duties include:
Obtain information from clients as well as update clients on the current status of their case
Work with Court Clerks and Third-Part Individuals & Businesses as needed
Manage Attorney's Calendars
Coordinate mediation's etc.
Review incoming & outgoing mail (USPS, Email, Fax and Legal Docs)
Draft, Edit and Finalize all documents pertaining to the Attorney's Practice Area (Pleadings, Motions, Responses, Discovery, Record Summaries, Forms, etc.)
E-File legal documents and traditional file documents at the courthouse
Assist with discovery including document retrieval, organization, storage and bating as requested
Prepare Attorney for Hearings, Trials, Mediation's and Depositions
Perform online research
