Description
The warehouse assistant must receive products from suppliers, load and unload merchandise, have their warehouse in order to make inventories, know how to give inputs and outputs of products by marking with a crayon the PO Number or Invoice Number and placing receiving or packing date.
Duties
· Support your supervisor or auxiliary colleagues in the warehouse.
· Learn about the products and / or items that are stored to know locations and detect any inconvenience that may arise, such as: Product out of location, out of Stock, out of area, Material damaged in locations, etc.
· Participate in the warehouse inventory cycle count in conjunction with your immediate boss.
· Provide support with customer orders and deliveries.
· Fill up a customer claim ticket when they assist to the store for a product return. Must make sure product is being returned in good conditions.
· Meet all in Order (A Place for everything and everything in its Place) and maintain warehouse cleaning.
· Audit warehouse for products almost gone, to advise his immediate supervisor to replenish inventory to your warehouse.
· Work in an orderly manner, keeping the order of the invoices to supply the products as expected by customers using the same tool as your supervisor (Activities Board).
· Follow with your supervisor the daily Customer Delivery plan to avoid storage disorders and customer failures.
· Support your supervisor in the logistics of deliveries to customers, together with the truck driver.
· Do maintenance and cleaning for all warehouse equipment (Forklifts, Compressor, Vehicle, etc)

· Saturday is required too (8AM - 3PM)
