Duties of the Ramp Agent in our Line Department include:
Fueling general aviation and airline aircraft, driving towing equipment, towing of aircraft in and out of hangars, handling of refueling vehicles and managing fuel storage facilities, perform quality control on aviation fuels, washing and cleaning aircraft, maintain hangars and ground equipment, working closely with customers and staff members, assisting passengers and pilots with luggage and transportation needs, general system servicing and cleaning, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Must have high school diploma or GED.
2. Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Ability to calculate. Calculating skills test must score 75% or above.
4. Valid driver license.
5. Pass a 10-year background check for FAA security.
6. Pass a pre-employment drug test.
7. Have a telephone and reliable transportation.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Excellent customer service skills.
10. Bilingual a plus.
