Responsibilities:
Request of personnel to our selected employee leasing companies
Interview for all job openings
Request background check and drug test when hiring new employees
Validate the resume information
Exit Interview
Coordinate Payroll and keep records
Employ Development
Skills and Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Windows Applications Experience (Excel, Office, Outlook, Power Point)
Ability to multitask
Effective communication skills
Strong initiative and leadership
Organized
Problem Solving
Direct and manage a professional staff
Exercise good judgment in safeguarding confidential or sensitive information
interviewing for the purpose of recommending staff selections
Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resource or similar experience
Education:
High School Diploma or GED minimum.
