Estamos contratando Carnicero y Parrillero con experiencia. La carniceria ofrecera 25 cortes tradicionales y tendra cocina con parrillas de gas donde se ofrecera el servicio de carne asada para llevar enfocado solo en 3 cortes fajita, costilla cargada y chicken fajita. El pago es de $8-$14 la hora dependiendo de experiencia, aptitudes de trabajo, cualidades, liderazgo y estar dispuesto a aprender. Los horarios son de Martes a Domingo 10:30am a 7:30pm y tambien tendremos medios dias en caso de ser necesarios. Ofrecemos W2 y 1099 segun el horario de trabajo. prevent contamination.

 Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain butchering tools and equipment,

such as knives, saws, and grinders, ensuring they are kept in good working condition.

 Product Knowledge: Stay informed about different cuts of meat, cooking methods,

and preparation techniques to educate customers and enhance sales.

 Specialty Items: Prepare specialty products, such as sausages or marinated meats,

according to recipes and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

 Experience: Previous experience in meat cutting or butchering is preferred, along

with knowledge of meat preparation techniques.

 Skills: Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a

fast-paced environment.

 Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

 Food Safety Certification: Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.

Working Conditions:

 Typically work in a retail butcher shop, grocery store, or meat processing facility.

 May involve early morning or late evening shifts, including weekends.
