Specially trained and highly experienced, our physician group treats a wide range of conditions using advanced technologies and minimally invasive techniques. sthsclinics.com The Practice Manager is a key employee of STHS Clinics who assists our Practice Administrators from an operational standpoint. They help to run the day-to-day aspects of the clinics, they lead, coach, and inspire clinic staff. Position Summary:

Management of all practice activities including: patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing, cash posting, clinic certifications and licenses, required education, inventory and resource utilization.

Ensure smooth, accurate, efficient, safe, high quality, compliant, productive operations of assigned medical practices in accordance with state, federal and local regulations and requirements.

Develop, implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Uphold IPM and UHS policies, goals and standards.

Facilitate consistent and productive formal and informal communication and practice rounding with all practice personnel, including providers.

Independence Physician Management (IPM), a subsidiary of UHS, was formed in 2012 as the physician services unit of UHS. IPM develops and manages multi-specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics which align with UHS acute care facilities. It also provides select services for the Behavioral Health division of UHS. Through continuing growth, IPM operates in 11 markets across six states and the District of Columbia. Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required. In lieu of degree, 5-7 years healthcare experience with at least two (2) years being in a supervisor capacity.

3-5 years supervisory experience, preferable in a healthcare environment.
