Overview$20,000 SIGN ON BONUS for FULL TIME positions for RN candidates with over 1 year of experience. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

Deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift

Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation

Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging

Practices as a full partner on the multidisciplinary team.

Assist surgeon and surgical team in the OR

Independently plans care for patients before, during, and after procedures

Develop and implement nursing care plan for cardiovascular patients

You’ll be a trusted educator and resource for your patients’ recovery thanks to the care plans you develop and implement

QualificationsQualifications:

Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma from an accredited nursing program

Minimum two year of RN experience

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable to the State of Texas

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or obtained within 90 days of hire date

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
