K&B Transportation now has three pay packages for drivers depending on their hometime needs. We understand that every driver is different on their pay and hometime needs so we let drivers choose from one of three pay and hometime options. Below is a breakdown of our three pay programs, odds are we have something for you. Start Monday 12/9 and get a $1000 bonus your first check!
Option One, Road Warrior: Drivers on this option start at 70 CPM with a $1750 minimum guarantee with the ability to earn $2000+ on top weeks. Drivers on this option go out 8 weeks at a time with 10 days off.
Option Two, Midwest Regional Premium Pay:Drivers on this option start at 68 CPM with a $1700 minimum guarantee and earn $2000 on top weeks. Drivers on this option go home every 4 weeks for 5 days.
Option Three, Traditional Midwest Regional:Drivers start at 62 CPM with raises to 64 CPM and are guaranteed $1550 minimum but earn $1850+ on top weeks. Drivers on this option can go home every 12-14 days. There are also home weekly options in some Midwest locations (ask recruiting).
