We are looking for an experienced service technician, specializing in Commercial Refrigeration and/or Kitchen Equipment to deliver exceptional service to our commercial clients.
Our Ideal Candidate has at least 2+ years of experience and is seeking to advance their refrigeration experience and knowledge.
Responsibilities and Duties
Installation and repairs of new and existing commercial equipment
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations
Create proposals for equipment replacement and major repairs
Travel to commercial client locations
Maintain communication with dispatcher on scheduled and emergency service
Effectively communicate directly with clients to meet their service needs
Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
Build positive relationships with clients
Qualifications and Skills
Good problem solving and communication skills
Willing to work with others and independently
Ability to use tablet/smart phone
Pass Background check
EPA Certification
Conducts professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
