The ideal candidate would be experienced and competent in providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, dispatching, bookkeeping and accounting, and overall ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a high-energy, fast paced environment, and the right candidate would need to be able to multitask while sharing duties with other office personnel.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills to quickly assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
- PROFICIENCY IN QUICKBOOKS-A/R, A/P, PAYROLL, INVOICING A MUST. (3 YEARS + REQUIRED)
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and employees
- Ability to multitask
- Strong cooperative skills with the ability to work effectively with teams
