Landscaping person needed

We are seeking a qualified individual with THEIR OWN equipment. While a riding mower would be a plus, a push mower, weed eater, blower, are essential. The scope of work encompasses lawn mowing and edging and trash pick up is part of the scope of work. Tree trimming, maintaining bushes and weeds in the rock beds are considered extra and are paid through a workorder. We currently have 4 small to medium commercial properties in Lubbock Texas requiring service 3 times this month. These 4 sites offers year-round income $35 a site.
