Coordinate, review, monitor and retain all personnel staffing functions for assigned areas.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding functions for assigned areas.
Communicate with appropriate stakeholders regarding personnel staffing functions.
Assist with recruitment tasks, programs and initiatives as assigned.
Prepare accurate reports and assist with additional projects as assigned.
Personnel Administration:
Coordinate, review, monitor and retain all personnel administrative functions for assigned areas.
Coordinate payroll and subsequent paperwork for assigned areas.
Coordinate administrative personnel requests and paperwork
Prepare accurate reports and assist with projects as assigned.
Assist with the development and implementation of departmental and university policies and procedures.
Communication & Customer Service:
Provide excellent internal and external customer service via phone, email and in person.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for staff and provide necessary follow-up.
Resolve staff issues quickly and efficiently.
Seek potential problem areas and work to find solutions to prevent delays in personnel processes.
Department & Campus Support:
Assist with department employee engagement and recognition programs. Assist with department-wide events and initiatives.
Assist with special projects as requested by University Student Housing or external departments.
