Pharmacist Opening in Lubbock!Description:
Appropriately read, dispense, and update medications from Physicians with regards to drug dosage, potential interactions, and administration route.
Make recommendations to Physicians regarding therapy changes.
Maintain proprietary database with regards to patient medical history, medications, and all clinical data.
Make sure that all laboratory tests are ordered appropriately for high-risk patients.
In charge of implementing policies to ensure the safety of drug storage and distribution as well as disposal.
Maintains all documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
