Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
3 years Professional nursing experience in a clinic setting.
Texas Registered Nurse license AND Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse recognition through Texas Board of Nursing.
New Mexico State Registered Nurse license AND Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse recognition through New Mexico Board of Nursing.
