My name is Charlie Richards and I have been an AutoCAD Draftsman/Designer for 19 years and I am currently looking for part-time drafting work. I have worked for various companies and independently as a contractor and I currently work full-time as a designer/drafter for Be Amazed Construction here in Lubbock, Texas. Over these past almost 20 years I have collaborated with various civil and structural engineers, architects, landscape designers, project managers, property and homeowners developing plans for various residential and commercial projects in New Mexico and Colorado. I am offering my skills and experience to assist in designing and developing plans for tenet improvements, room additions and garage plans, landscaping plans, and assistance in obtaining permits for construction. ● Cross-trained in civil engineering, structural engineering, and architectural drafting and oil and gas P&IDs, and piping isometric drawings.
