Monarch Investment is seeking a Collections Manager to join The Park Apartments team in Lubbock, TX!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

-Assists Property Manager with posting, collecting, tracking and managing delinquency of rental and other income

-Consistently attempts to collect “Bad Debt” prior to write offs

-Assists with evictions related to no rent payments

-Ensures adherence to all Monarch policies and procedures by the property team

-Ensures desired tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible

-Generates renewal and other reporting to Property Manager

-Other duties and special projects as assigned

What We Need From You:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-1+ years’ experience in Collections, Bookkeeping or equivalent

-Multi-family housing experience preferred

-Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software

-General knowledge of local, state and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines

-Excellent problem-solving skills
