They will be interfacing with both the delivery team, to understand process, as well as clients, to understand knowledge gaps / concerns. Documentation should be created to connect the two without extensive oversight.Key experience:- Technical documentation – document processes and platform guides (for technical audience)
- Product documentation – documenting user guides and FAQs (for end-user audience)
- Solid communication skills
