Responsibilities

Research payments that are already posted

Reconcile payment discrepancies and double payments

Utilize pivot tables and v-LOOKUPs to research invoices

Research multiple payment opportunities, payment history, and return check payment

Analyzing intercompany transactions

Assisting with month-end close process

Processing journal entries

Communication with multiple entities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

1-2 years of relevant accounting experience

Ability to self-motivate, detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Possesses fundamental accounting knowledge

Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and process improvement skills

Strong communication skills, must be able to work and communicate with different departments across the company

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-LOOKUPs for a large volume of data
