Credit Analyst

Description We are in search of a Credit Analyst to join our team in La Porte, Texas. As a Credit Analyst, your primary obligation will involve handling customer accounts, processing their credit applications with accuracy, and managing customer inquiries. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the financial services industry and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage customer credit applications. Keep track of customer credit records with precision. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner. Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions. Process collections on past due accounts. Update account information as needed. Utilize CRM and ERP systems for account management. Conduct cash flow analysis as part of credit processes. Ensure smooth operation of collection processes. Utilize accounting software systems for efficient work flow. Requirements Applicants must be proficient in the use of 3M. Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required. Experience with ADP - Financial Services is an essential requirement. Candidates should have experience in using CRM. Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary. Applicants should have experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR). Candidates must possess skills in Cash Flow Analysis. Familiarity with Collection Processes is required. Applicants should have a solid understanding of Credit. Experience in Credit Application is essential.
