Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Credit Analyst in La Porte, Texas. The role involves a high level of organization and detail-oriented tasks in the financial services industry. As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for managing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries.Responsibilities: Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency Maintain and update customer credit records regularly Handle customer inquiries related to their credit applications and accounts Monitor customer accounts consistently and take necessary actions based on their status Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for managing and analyzing customer accounts Leverage skills in Cash Flow Analysis and Collection Processes for efficient credit management Use CRM systems for managing customer relationships and interactions Apply knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) in managing customer accounts Utilize the 3M system and ADP - Financial Services for various financial operations. Requirements Proficient in using the 3M system Experience with Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Proficient in using CRM systems Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems Skilled in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Demonstrated ability in Cash Flow Analysis Knowledge of Collection Processes Experience in handling Credit and Credit Applications Strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
