Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their remodeling needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their vision and budget.
- Prepare and present comprehensive quotes and proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency in all aspects of the remodeling project.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality materials and services.
- Actively follow up with potential leads, convert opportunities into sales, and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the entire remodeling process.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, pricing, and regulations to provide accurate and competitive estimates.
- Collaborate with our experienced team members to ensure seamless and successful execution of remodeling projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a remodeling estimator and salesperson, preferably in the construction or remodeling industry.
- Strong knowledge of remodeling processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a successful track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools, and familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
