You must have experience as a lead installer for at least 1yr. Helpers must have some experience and EPA and NATE are huge bonuses.

We are a residential ac and heating company offering duct cleaning, blown in attic insulation and of course ductwork replacement. As a lead installer you will be responsible for managing installation projects that are sold by the techs and sales team. From picking up the equipment in the morning to collecting for the job and dropping the old equipment at the shop at the end of the day.

Your ability to think on your feet and problem solve tough situations will add to your level of success. You will also be expected to train your helper (we provide the helper) and help them to grow into a lead installer as well.
